  • Women's Cardio Kickboxing & Fitness

    In a cardio kickboxing class infused with elements of Kung Fu, participants experience the dynamic fusion of two powerful martial arts disciplines. This high-energy workout combines the rhythmic, heart-pumping movements of cardio kickboxing with the precision and fluidity of Kung Fu techniques.

     

    As students engage in a series of intense punches, kicks, and strikes, they also benefit from the focus on balance, agility, and self-defense principles inspired by the ancient art of Kung Fu, fostering a sense of discipline and respect for the martial arts tradition.

    Women's Program

    Wednesday 6:30pm to 7:30pm

    Saturday 12:00pm to 1:00pm
